If someone forgot to clock in or out, the manager does it from the work log. Who intervened stays in the record.
The work log shows who is in and who is not. Clock-in and end-shift icons sit next to the name, on desktop and on the phone.
This is not rewriting history. It applies to today, in the departments that head manages. Deleting a whole shift is still only for the platform administrator.
When a shift is closed by hand, the live list updates itself. No refresh, and no waiting for the table to reload.
