The company invites the employee by email. They set their own password and sign in. There is no public signup.
WorkTime is not a site where a company signs itself up and gets an account at once. An administrator or company admin creates the person, sends the invite, and the recipient sets the password.
That is why the records do not fill up with companies that registered themselves. Access is granted by the people who run the company, not by a form on the home page.
The old public signup link now opens the site. The app still opens sign-in.
